Aligned to our people philosophy, at HG Infra, we emphasised that the safety and wellness of our people is our priority even as the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic disrupted lives and businesses alike in India and in the world.

Some of the major measures for curbing the spread of virus across the organization undertaken by the Company includes social distancing, mask distributions, issuing guidelines, travel bans, thermal screening, work from home and regular sanitization at all offices and sites. The company also emphasized on ‘vocal for local’ by engaging local labours and subcontractors across its various sites as and when required.

The company contributed towards the community and the nation by extending its support for major relief funds including contribution of Rs. 1.50 crores to the ‘Rajasthan Chief Minister Covid-19 Relief Fund’ to support the government in its relief and rehabilitation measures towards the COVID-19 pandemic. The management and employees of the Company also contributed a minimum of one-day’s salary to the PMCARES Fund.

In addition to the financial contribution, the Company also extended its support to Corona Warriors and Needy/underprivileged Sections of society by distribution of food/meals, gloves, masks, sanitisers, PPE kits, etc. during this unprecedented crisis.

Through these initiatives, the Company has not only provided support to the Government agencies but has reached out to a large section of the poor and vulnerable by providing immediate support.

The Company supports the Needy/underprivileged Sections of society. During this unprecedented COVID crisis, the Company extended its support to Govt. Schools, Orphanages and Homeless people by distribution of blankets, cloths, food/meals, masks, etc. at various locations in the state of Rajasthan.

HG Infra remains committed to support India’s response to the Covid-19 challenge and will continue to build up its support till the challenge is overcome.

The Company aspires to deliver facilities to communities and other sections of the society in the form of primary health care support through diagnosis and treatments, promoting preventive healthcare, providing monetary support, medical camps, creating awareness through various programs, etc.

Providing support for access to Safe Drinking Water for rural India in the state of Rajasthan and Haryana

HGINFRA understands that safe and sustained drinking water is central to the health and well-being of any community in India and recognises that community’s face multiple challenges is procuring, storing and using drinking water. Purification of water alone can reduce waterborne illness like typhoid and diarrhoea and prevent child morbidity and mortality which is an inherent problem in India.

Based on these lines, HGINFRA has initiated safe drinking water projects for communities in different villages and public places in the states of Rajasthan and Haryana in collaboration with Enable Health Society and technical partner Piramal Sarvajal (Piramal Water Private Limited). This entails setting up the water purification unit along with a wall mounted water ATM and ensure availability and 24 x 7 access to safe drinking water. Through this model, local employment opportunities are also generated by employing people from the communities as machine operators, contributing to the economic development.

In education we aspire to contribute for improving and facilitating the literacy levels in various sections of the society, by providing support at every stage of a child’s educational cycle including but not limited to support to local schools with logistical and financial support, infrastructure development, scholarships for deserving children, conducting education programs, etc.

Providing infrastructure support to rural schools in the state of Rajasthan

HGINFRA understands that Improving sanitation in schools is a national-level priority in India, with significant public attention. Rural schools in India lack access to safe drinking water on school premises and illness due to water borne diseases is the primary reason for absenteeism from schools. HGINFRA is mindful that the access to safe drinking water, proper toilets and sanitation in schools could increase educational performance, as well as boosting health outcomes for children.

Based on these lines, HGINFRA has initiated, in collaboration with Moinee Foundation, infrastructure support to rural schools by construction of toilets and drinking water facilities in the state of Rajasthan.

We sponsor for environmental sustainability activities such as tree plantation, support to NGOs working towards maintaining ecological balance, protection of flora and fauna, animal welfare, agro forestry, conservation of natural resources and maintaining quality of soil, air and water.

In continuation to our commitment to support India’s fight to the Covid-19, we have undertaken the following initiatives as ‘Response to Covid 2.0’:

Oxygen Generation Plants:

• Established an Oxygen Generation Plant at Trauma Centre at Abu Road, Sirohi, Rajasthan.
• Provided financial support to an NGO for setting up an Oxygen Generation Plant in Amravati, Maharashtra.
• Setting up an Oxygen Generation Plant at Government Hospital at Sildar, Sirohi, Rajasthan.
• Setting up an Oxygen Generation Plant at Government District Hospital at Kalandri, Sirohi, Rajasthan.
• Provided Oxygen Generation Plant at Government Hospital, Noganva, Alwar, Rajasthan
• Provided Oxygen Generation Plant at Government Hospital, Raini, Alwar, Rajasthan
• Provided Oxygen Generation Plant at Government Hospital, Ramgarh, Alwar, Rajasthan

Oxygen Cylinders:

• Provided 200 jumbo oxygen cylinders to Government District Hospital at Sirohi, Rajasthan, followed by arranging to refill of oxygen cylinders

Oxygen Concentrators and Medical Equipment:

• We provided nine oxygen concentrators and various medical equipment used for diagnosing COVID-19 such as oximeters, thermometers, sprayer, Masks, PPE kits, sanitisers and sodium hypochlorite at Ramgarh Government Hospital, Alwar, Rajasthan.
• Made available two oxygen concentrators, medical kits, N-95 masks, sanitisers, etc., to the people of Bhilwara, Rajasthan
• Provided an oxygen concentrator to a hospital in Mandore, Jodhpur, Rajasthan
• Arranged three oxygen concentrators to a hospital in Jaipur, Rajasthan
• Provided three oxygen concentrators at a hospital in Churu, Rajasthan
• Set up a Gas Manifold and also provided pulse oximeters to General Hospital, Ateli, Narnaul, Haryana
• Provided various Medical Facilities at Government Hospital, Bhilwara, Rajasthan

Through these initiatives, the Company is supporting the fight to counter Covid 2.0. HG Infra will continue to build up its support to overcome the challenge.

Infrastructure support to Hostels in various regions of Rajasthan under HG Ki Pathshala

Infrastructure support for the construction of Hostel Support to Prabandh Samiti Adarsh Vidhya Mandir, Jodhpur to establish a residential hostel with all necessary facilities to provide a healthy educational environment along with extracurricular facilities to needy and bright students for their all-around development.

Tribal Hostel Transformation Project

The program is a unique holistic intervention designed to impact the ecosystem at Tribal Hostels in a multi-dimensional way to develop these residential hostels into Model Hostels by building better infrastructure and creating an innovative learning ecosystem.

The key components of the program are Infrastructure Enhancement, Ecosystem for Smart Education and Regular Intervention.

The locations of the project are Rana Punja Government Ashram Boys Hostels at Amthala and Siyawa, Abu Road, Sirohi in the state of Rajasthan.

HG Care - Adoption of Villages Program [Holistic Rural Development Program (HRDP)] is a CSR initiative of HG Infra Engineering Ltd. to transform the villages into model villages through holistic and sustainable development backed up by futuristic and progressive skills leading to higher levels of productivity and improvement in overall quality of life at the community level. 

The program aims to have an integrated approach towards education and skill development, infrastructure enhancement, livelihood, healthcare with a special focus on mother and child, sanitation & drinking water, women empowerment, vocational training for rural youths, sensitizing the use of green energy and environment. 

The 5 key focus areas of the program are Infrastructure, Education, Health, Livelihood and Natural Resource Management.

The Key objectives of the program include Infrastructural Enhancement, Development of an Innovative Learning Ecosystem, Inclusion & Easy Access to Resources & Schemes, Better Health & Hygiene, Skill Development

The locations of the project are Matata, Kailashpuri, Udaipur and Raya, Godach, Rajsamand in the state of Rajasthan.

HG Care - Adoption of Villages Program [Holistic Rural Development Program (HRDP)] is a CSR initiative to transform the villages into ‘model villages’ through holistic and sustainable development backed up by futuristic and progressive skills leading to higher levels of productivity and improvement in overall quality of life at the community level.is a CSR initiative of H.G. Infra Engineering Limited to transform the villages into model villages through holistic and sustainable development backed up by futuristic and progressive skills leading to higher levels of productivity and improvement in overall quality of life at the community level.   

The program aims to have an integrated approach towards education and skill development, infrastructure enhancement, livelihood, healthcare with a special focus on sanitation & drinking water, women empowerment, vocational training for rural youths, sensitizing the use of green energy and environment.

HG Ki Pathshala is a CSR initiative for the adoption of government schools and hostels for their holistic advancement through physical infrastructure development, academic transformation and access to digital technology.

The program aims to provide education support at multi stages of learning to students in schools/hostels/education centres to create a holistic joyful learning environment with employment enhancing vocational skills.

The Key objectives of the program include Safe & Healthy Learning Environment, Access to Basic Facilities, Positive Behavioural Change, Better Health & Hygiene and Improvement in School’s Image.

The key focus areas of the program are development of Sanitation and Drinking Water Facility, Infrastructure Work and Awareness.

The program is currently being implemented in various districts of Rajasthan.

HG Care - Animal Welfare is an initiative for disease prevention and veterinary treatment to animals for their wellbeing.

HG Care  Community Welfare is a multi-initiative program for welfare of the community through contribution towards Education, Healthcare, Social and Animal Welfare to create a safe, clean and healthy environment for all as well as wellness of the Community. The program is currently being implemented in various states of India.

HG Green Drive is a CSR initiative aims to plant trees with care and look after them to ensure their survival & growth, to contribute in environmental sustainability with following operation models:

Barren Community Land Transformation Program: Aimed to convert a denuded area of land into a lush green forest to create an ecosystem involving community members who will help to grow and nurture trees in long term.

Rural Livelihood Support Program: Aimed to helping farmers to grow their income along with the trees, mitigate crop failures & meet fruit-based nutritional demand of masses.

Urban Plantation Program: Aimed to bring about a green revolution wherein the communities would come together to nurture the environment for a sustainable and better living and also preventing the city dwellers from the effect of the pollution.

The program is currently being implemented in Jaipur, Sirohi and Udaipur districts of Rajasthan.

HG Care - Community Development program focuses on community development through contribution towards, education, healthcare, community infrastructure and other need-based initiatives. HGIEL aims to create a safe, clean and healthy environment for all while promoting the overall wellness of the community.

The program is being implemented in various states of India.

HG Care - Village Enrichment Program

It is a comprehensive initiative designed to bridge the gap between Central Government Schemes and the unregistered rural population in India. Focused on overcoming challenges such as lack of awareness, Aadhar card issues, inaccurate information, logistical barriers, and renewal challenges, the program employs a multifaceted approach.

The Program is currently being implemented at Kundra Majhra village in Budaun district of Uttar Pradesh, India.

HG Green Drive is a CSR initiative focused on environmental sustainability through tree plantation with care and look after them to ensure their survival and growth as well as biodiversity conservation with the following operation models:

Barren Community Land Transformation Program: This initiative aims to transform a barren land into a thriving forest by actively involving the local community in tree planting and nurturing activities. Through this initiative, the Company strives to create a sustainable ecosystem that benefits the environment and the community.

Rural Livelihood Support Program: This initiative aims to assist farmers in increasing their income while simultaneously addressing crop failures and meeting the nutritional demands for fruit-based products.

Urban Plantation Program: This initiative aims to foster a green revolution by encouraging communities to collectively nurture the environment for sustainable living, while also mitigating the impact of pollution on urban dwellers.

These programs are implemented in Jaipur, Sirohi and Udaipur districts of Rajasthan, India.

Miyawaki Plantation Program: This initiative aims to create a similar structure like a forest which helps to sequester carbon dioxide from the air 30 times more than by the traditional methods.

The program is being implemented in Jaipur, Sirohi, Udaipur, Sawaimadhopur, Pali, Jodhpur and Nagaur districts of Rajasthan, India.
