I joined this company as a fresher and have seen this company grow many folds in my tenure, from a very small work force to the huge growing company it is now.
It has been a great journey in HGIEL, with terrific support from the management which has helped me grow over these years from a fresher, to a mentor role in the company.
The leadership team have been very supportive and enthusiastic in taking the company forward along with its employees with great integrity and excellent leadership, and I owe a lot to the management for mentoring me and giving me ample
opportunities to grow to who I’m now.
The working environment in the company has always been great which respects our personal life and gives us freedom and space to do justice to our job.
When I was selected to work with HGIEL, my sole purpose was to learn as much as I can as a fresher from my seniors. In my short term at the company, I have learned a lot more than I expected.
Working here has been a great platform for my career as the company has a very good support staff which is like a family on sites. I was exposed to new technologies, machinery and being groomed to deal with the manpower from the beginning.
The biggest plus for me while working with the company has been the vote of confidence from the seniors and the responsibility given to complete a given task is immense.
Here at HGIEL, the support staff and the seniors have created a very welcoming and nurturing environment for freshers joining the family, and would like to help my team complete the project before the given time.
My stay at HGIEL has been full of happiness and I have no complaints from the companies handling of its employees. It has been a constant growth in my professional career with the company.
The company has supported me on a personal front whenever the need arose, with monetary help whenever necessary. We are provided with healthy meals and a nice place to stay at the camp sites, which is always desirable.
There is a mutual respect in the employees, and I have been getting a lot of respect from the seniors, which gives me a sense of being.
