Important Note

Dear Vendor,

Before proceeding with self-registration, you are required to carefully review and comply with the Vendor Registration Checklist provided below. Please ensure that all required information and supporting documents are submitted accurately, completely, and in accordance with the prescribed requirements.

Checklist as under:

1 Title Verify the 4th character of PAN before selecting the Title.
2 Trade Name & Bank Details Trade Name and Bank Details must be complete and exactly as per supporting documents.
3 Address Address must match the GST Registration Certificate.
4 GST Registration Status Verify the current GST registration status before vendor creation and ensure to attach complete GST certificate.
5 PAN-Aadhaar Linking Ensure that PAN and Aadhaar are duly linked, wherever applicable.
6 Non-GST & Non-E-Invoivng Declaration Declaration must be completely filled and properly supported.
7 Aggreements Relevant aggreements must be attached, wherever applicable, e.g. Guest House, Land Lease, Compensation, Borrow Area, etc.
8 E-Invoice Applicability Verify E-Invoice applicability. If aggregate annual turnover exceeds ₹5 Cr, select "YES"; otherwise, select "NO", subject to applicable exemptions.
9 If E-Invoice not applicable Ensure to attach either latest 5 year ITR or E Invoice declaration.
10 KYC & Supporting Documents All required documents must be complete, legible and in original/valid document format. Screenshots or Word files should not be accepted.
11 Udyam Certificate Accept only a valid Udyam Registration Certificate. UAM and EM-II registrations have been discontinued.
12 GST Registration - Contractor Contractor should preferably have GST registration in the same state where the work is proposed, to enable eligible GST input benefit on materials received from HG.
